A Heartland Hoedown

Saddle up and find those cowboy hats, Omaha! Celebrate country music at its best, with stories of diversity, overcoming adversity, and finding belonging, told through the powerful voices of River City Mixed Chorus. Expect your favorite toe-tapping tunes, incredible harmonies, and emotional stories of the queer community told through country music. Folksy favorites old and new will take the stage, and RCMC’s bluegrass band will join us with fiddles, banjos, and maybe even a cowbell or two! This boot scootin’ performance includes more than 180 singers from the River City Mixed Chorus, all dedicated to inspiring joy, hope, and community with this fun, energizing, and moving event.
