Tastings with Master Sommelier George Miliotes

Join Master Sommelier and restaurateur George Miliotes for an intimate, guided wine tasting that invites you to experience wine in an entirely new way. Through a curated selection of diverse and sought-after varietals, guests will explore the art of blind tasting—learning to trust their senses while discovering the stories behind each pour. 

This 90-minute interactive tasting challenges guests to engage more deeply with wine through a “blind” exploration of world-renowned reds and refreshing whites. Each tasting is paired with a chef-curated charcuterie board designed to complement and enhance the flavors in the glass. 

One of only a few hundred Master Sommeliers in the world and owner of Wine Bar George at Disney Springs, Miliotes brings both expertise and approachability to the experience. “This event inspires you to use your senses differently,” he says. “You walk away with more than a tasting—you gain a deeper understanding of wine, regions, and taste, all while having some fun.” 

Based in Orlando, Florida, Miliotes earned the Master Sommelier title by passing a rigorous series of examinations requiring identification of wines by sight, aroma, and taste. A passionate educator and lifelong learner, he continues to study wine through annual travels to renowned wine regions around the globe—bringing those discoveries directly to guests through engaging, accessible experiences.
