This is an intermediate level class for students that have experience with classical or contemporary techniques and have a intermediate understanding of ballet. Following a ballet class structure of barre and center exercises, dancers continue to develop the coordination of the body while incorporating the use of the upper body and the articulation of the spine. Clarity in the footwork will also be emphasized throughout the class in an effort to make the movement clearer for both the viewer and the dancer. The dancers will continue working on these ideas while learning an excerpt of Complexions repertory to finish the class.

Attire: Form fitting clothing (leotard or form-fitting t-shirt, tights or athletic leggings, and ballet shoes)
No sweatpants, crop tops, or lose fitting clothing. Hair secured away from the face.
