What & where is matchbox omaha?
A club housed inside the Holland Center! The venue is a standing room only unless listed otherwise. Limited seating is available in the balcony.
Where do I park?

When do doors open?
Doors typically open an hour before each show, but you should double check the event page.
Where do I enter?
The entrance is located in Holland Center's arrival plaza on 12th & Douglas. Directional signage is placed outside to help you find the entry.
Do you have a box office?
Yes! Ticket Omaha is open Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM. For day-of help, the box office is open 90 minutes before showtime.
How do I access my mobile tickets?
- All tickets purchased through Ticket Omaha are available at wallet.ticketomaha.com.
- Log in using the Ticket Omaha account credentials used to purchase tickets.
- Present the revolving QR code for access — no screenshots or printing.
- Tickets can also be added to your Apple Wallet.
- You can share tickets with others any time after purchasing.
- Click the Share button and enter the recipient's name.
- Select the ticket(s) you would like to share.
- Agree to the terms and conditions and click Next.
- Confirm your selection.
- Click Share With Your Guest to share a link by text, email, or your preferred messaging tool.
What happens if my show is canceled or rescheduled?
- If an event is canceled or rescheduled, Ticket Omaha will call and send an email notification to all ticket holders who have provided their contact information.
- cancelations: Refund policies vary by show. The options available to you will be included in the cancellation communication you receive. You can contact the Ticket Omaha Box Office if you have questions.
- rescheduled dates: Your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date and will update automatically at wallet.ticketomaha.com. If you are unable to attend the new date, a deadline to request a refund will be included in the communication you receive.
Are there any age restrictions?
Matchbox Omaha is an all-ages venue unless otherwise noted for a specific show.
What is the bag policy?
Clear bags aren't required. Please do not bring bags larger than 14” x 14” x 6" or backpacks of any kind.
Can I bring matches?
