• Audio Description (AD) for patrons with vision loss is provided free of charge in collaboration with Outlook Nebraska, Inc. Audio Description is provided upon request for performances at the Holland Performing Arts Center and Orpheum Theater. Patrons may arrange Audio Description through Ticket Omaha at least two weeks before a performance. A descriptive preshow begins 20 minutes prior to curtain. The box office opens 90 minutes prior to events, and lobbies open 60 minutes prior to events. Seating begins 30 minutes prior to events.

O-pa is committed to providing the highest standard of safety. All guests entering the Holland Center and Orpheum Theater will be required to pass security scanners upon arrival.  Lines can often get congested with last minute arrivals. Plan on arriving early to avoid lines and allow enough time to pass through security and find your seats.

The following items are not permitted into the Holland Performing Arts Center and Orpheum Theater:

• Water bottles
• Pocket knives
• Laptops
• Large bags or back packs larger than 14” x 14” x 6"
• Professional cameras (4” or greater)
• Video recording
• Audio recording
• Laser pointers
• Outside food or drink
• Hard coolers or similar containers
• Sealed packages of any kind
• Noise making devices of any kind (i.e. bells, whistles, horns, etc.)
• Alcohol
• Illegal drugs
• No weapons of any kind, including lawfully concealed firearms 
• Selfie-sticks or other telescopic devices
• Flags, banners or signs
• Animals (unless a service animal)
• Any materials constituting unauthorized advertising or promotion
• Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) or other model aircraft
• Hover boards
• Any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by O-pa security

Parking is available at the Orpheum Theater in the OPPD Energy Plaza garage* (1666 Howard Street) for only $10 starting two hours prior to performances. Prepay to reserve a spot using the ParkMobile app or use a credit card at the gate. Cash is not accepted. The Skylink takes you directly from the garage to the balcony level of the theater, with access to other levels by stair or elevator.

Lot parking at 15th and Howard is available for $10 (card and cash accepted). Meters run 9 AM to 9 PM Mon.–Sat. Sundays and holidays are free. Accessible parking is available.

For the Holland Center, event parking is available in the Omaha Park Eight garage* starting two hours prior to performances. Omaha Park Eight is located directly to the north of the Holland Center at 13th & Dodge Streets with a second entrance at 13th and Capitol. You can prepay to reserve $3 event parking with the ParkMobile app (select 12th and Capitol as the location and use the 13th and Dodge entrance when you arrive). The garage also accepts cash and credit card at the gate, and costs $5 on site.

9 AM to 9 PM Mon.–Sat. Sundays and holidays are free. Accessible parking is available at the Holland Center.

Due to downtown construction, we will no longer be able to offer pre-paid valet at the Holland Center. Drive-up, cash-only valet may be available on a limited basis.

• All electronic devices must be turned off or switched into silent mode during the performance.
• The use of any recording devices during the performance is not permitted.
• Snacks and beverages purchased from concessions with lids are permitted in the venues.
• As a courtesy to other patrons, please dispose of all trash in the provided receptacles near the entrance doors of the hall.
• No smoking, including e-cigarettes, is allowed in the buildings.

By default, all tickets can be accessed digitally by going to wallet.ticketomaha.com. If you have requested to have your tickets held at Will Call, your tickets will be available to pick up at Will Call 90 minutes prior to the performance at the venue where the performance will be held.

• Odd-numbered seats are on the left side of the hall when facing the stage. (59 and 61 are together.)
• Even-numbered seats are on the right side of the hall when facing the stage. (58 and 60 are together.)
• Center seats are in the 100 level and numbered consecutively. (111 and 112 are together.)
• The letter in your seat number indicates your proximity to the stage. A is closest - Z is the farthest away.

Yes! Ticket Omaha offers gift certificates in any denomination. They are redeemable for all events on sale at Ticket Omaha or for dining at Zinc Restaurant and Ovations Bar and Lounge (located inside the Holland Center). You can order online, over the phone or in person. Gift certificates are not deliverable by email at this time. When purchased online, you can choose to have the certificate mailed to you or directly to the recipient. Please allow up to ten business days for delivery.

Gift Certificates may be redeemed online at TicketOmaha.com, over the phone at 402.345.0606, in-person at the Ticket Omaha box office or at Zinc or Ovations.

Please note: If you're the lucky recipient of a Ticket Omaha gift certificate, use the number located on its lower right hand corner to check the balance.

The online ticket ordering process has been secured and encrypted by SSL.

Concessions are available for purchase with both cash and card. Occasionally artist merchandise will be cash only and there are no ATMs inside our venues.

• The nearest ATM to the Holland Center is the Kum & Go (1180 Capitol Ave).
• The nearest ATM to the Orpheum Theater is Wells Fargo ATM on Farnam St. between 19th and 20th Streets.

Coat check is available at the Holland Center for select shows in Scott Hall (but not for shows in the main concert hall). 

A self-service coat check is available in the lower lobby of the Orpheum Theater.
