Multi-Grammy®-nominated saxophonist, composer, bandleader, educator and producer, Bobby Watson sits among the pantheon of present-day jazz greats, with a career that spans more than four decades. All told, he has issued more than 40 recordings under his own name, while appearing on well over 100 other titles. Watson has received several well-deserved awards, including induction into the Kansas Music Hall of Fame and recognition as one of the first inductees into the then-newly established 18th and Vine “Jazz Walk of Fame.”
